Business Development Manager Job Description:
We are currently working with a leading Fluid Power System supplier looking to on-board an ambitious Business Development Manager to hit the ground running in 2024 and expand their presence in the Midlands region. Generating new leads, qualifying and converting prospects is at the core of this role, so confidence and strong objection-handling/negotiation skills are key. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to take on a new challenge with fantastic rewards.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Identify potential new clients.
Manage Key Accounts within Midlands region.
Develop sales and profitability by targeting prospective customers and generating new business.
Manage the integration of companys specialists and manufacturer representatives across the Midlands.
Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Communicate client needs and demands to relevant department.
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Use CRM to keep records of client transactions.
Regular meetings to discuss area, and what resource is needed to achieve goals.
Ensure clients are kept up to date with our range of products and services.
