Are you a passionate and dedicated RE Teacher looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We have an excellent position available at a mixed, all-ability, and non-faith secondary school in the vibrant borough of Newcastle. As an "RE Teacher," you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young individuals, fostering a love for Religious Education, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Religious Education Teacher Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Religious Education.
Inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for the subject.
Differentiate teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the RE curriculum.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.Religious Education Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level.
Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
