About The Role:Role Overview: proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Customer Service PMV Coordinator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for all service-related matters to support the Clients. Although the candidate will be working as part of a larger team they will have an assigned client base for which they will take primary ownership and responsibility.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Customer Service PMV Coordinator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct Client communication
* Helpdesk support for planned Preventative Maintenance Visits
* Helpdesk support for post PMV fault calls
* Case logging, Updating & Ticket Resolution
* Engineer Resource coordination & Diary Management including local partners
* Coordination of loans and repairs in support of Client cases
* Coordination of logistics in support of Client cases
* Coordination of arranging hotels and flights for Engineers
* Processing Engineer PMV reports
* Client Reporting
* Working closely with the Account Manager to provide the best possible support for the Client
* Help develop operational processes for proAV Service Helpdesk
* Processing of Purchase orders, including GRN process for supplied goods or services & Purchasing order invoice processing
* Sales quotations
* Any additional administration necessary to support the above helpdesk role
Desirable skills
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 software
* Helpdesk and Client contact experience
* SAP knowledge
* Microsoft Office products
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Good communicator on both telephone and email
* Good attention to detail
* Organised
* Good at coordinating multiple activities simultaneously
