IT Services Coordinator 6-month FTC - Central Nottingham / Hybrid£25,000 - £29,000 + 35-hour work week and great benefits
This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Services Coordinator to join their technical support team. The key to this role is to provide desktop support for a well-established service desk to and dealing with incidents or service requests alongside a 1st and 2nd line team
The Service Desk Engineer will ensure all IT issues raised are logged as an incident or service request as appropriate within the ticketing system. You will be required to build and configure laptop, Surface Pro and desktop hardware for new colleagues whilst also supporting projects that involve elements of IT kit installations or the decommissioning of kit.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2-3 days per week in their central Nottingham office. The position is initially a 6-month fixed term contract but there may be scope for extension following this.
Package:
35-hour work week with flexible working
25 days holiday + 5 days buy/sell + bank holidays (pro-rata).

Key Requirements:
User account administration within Active Directory and Exchange
Windows 10 Enterprise environments
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Teams
Laptop and desktop PC hardware components
ITIL qualifications would be beneficial.
Starters and Leavers processes.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
