Description
Oversee and manage all year-end accounting tasks.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards.
Collaborate with external auditors as necessary.
Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Provide support in budget preparation and financial planning.
Implement financial strategies to support company objectives.
Participate in financial audits and implement corrective actions.
Profile
A successful Year End Accountant should have:
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a team and independently.
Experience using XERO.
Able to commute to Grantham. Job Offer
