What you will receive by working with us?

A competitive salary reviewed every year as a minimum. Our students are also rewarded by way of a salary increase for every successful exam result!
23 days holiday plus bank holidays as a minimum, depending on your time with the firm. There is no fighting for Christmas and New Year off as the office is closed.

Youll need an eagerness to learn, to think on your feet and a desire to make an impact in the world.

We appreciate that starting a career can be daunting, but we have a supportive team who will support and nurture you through your studies.

ACCA and CIOT apprentices:

Ideally you will have 2 years practice experience and be confident in looking after clients, knowing when to pick up the phone, offer a zoom call, or just check in to make sure they are OK.

Qualified accountants:

You willhave a least 2 years post qualification experience in practice or be qualified by experience.

Be able to advise owner-managed business owners in basic tax planning.

Be comfortable with managing a small portfolio of clients.

Be willing to support and nurture the more junior members of the team.

Love to educate your clients on best tax, accounting or bookkeeping practices, systems, or processes, for their business.

Be a XERO whizz (expert)

Have excellent time management skills, organised, focused, and can work independently using your own initiative.
