Role Overview: As an Analysis Engineer, you will play a vital role in the delivery of quality analytical solutions to support the advancement of our world-renowned products. Working under the guidance of the Head of Department, you will take on the challenge of designing and analysing diverse components to ensure they meet rigorous standards of strength and durability. You will excel in interpreting and communicating results, devising solutions to intricate problems, and contribute to the evolution of innovative analysis methods and processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Department to provide cutting-edge analytical solutions.
Design and analyse various components for strength and durability in demanding packaging and loading conditions.
Interpret and communicate analysis results, offering actionable insights and solutions.
Contribute to the development of new analysis methods and processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside passionate colleagues.
Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and deadline-driven work ethics.
Maintain composure and constructive problem-solving in a dynamic, high-priority environment.
Independently manage workloads and project priorities.
Report to the Head of Analysis and Simulation
Working on wide range of of transmission products
Support gear manufacture and write technical reports to record your findings and conclusions
Expected to offer technical solutions for gear, bearings and lubrication related problems
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge and experience in rotating machinery analysis is advantageous.
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), transmission simulation software, lubrication/fluid flow, vibration, and dynamic simulation is desirable.
Degree in mechanical, automotive, aeronautical or related discipline.
Postgraduate degrees such as MEng, MSc, and PhD are welcome.
Mechanical systems analysis using Romax or similar transmission package
AMESIM or a similar package
3 Dimensional (3D) analysis of lubrication systems
