We are searching for someone who is professional, ambitious, and career-driven to join our team. A career in recruitment can be challenging, so the successful candidate must be resilient, confident, and financially motivated!
As one of our specialist recruiters, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and this will require you to network with both clients and IT professionals in your niche market. Typical responsibilities will include:
Advertising and marketing vacancies
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with your candidates and providing market insight
Building rapport with clients, and generating new business
Presenting your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
Negotiating salaries, managing expectations, and handling the offer processA day in the life of a recruitment consultant is incredibly varied, unpredictable, and fast paced - everything a career should be!
