Holder of a Valid UK Drivers Licence!
Key Responsibilities:
As a crucial member of the team, you will be tasked with:
Performing cleaning duties in communal and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Ensuring sites are free from bulky refuse, contributing to a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Maintaining grounds and parking areas to the highest standards.
Cultivating professional relationships with staff, contractors, and other partners.
Executing all tasks with precision, adhering to Health and Safety requirements.About You:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and characteristics:
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role or within a housing management environment.
Strong team player with a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently when needed.
Excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of satisfaction.
Willingness to travel efficiently between various work locations in Dundee and surrounding areas.
Holder of a Valid UK Drivers Licence.Additional Information:
The role involves the use of a company vehicle, provided for efficient travel.
Applicants must be over 25 years of age due to insurance purposes.
Successful candidates will undergo a Standard Disclosure application through Disclosure Scotland.
This is a full time 30 - 35 hours a week role!!
