Position: Graduate / Trainee Recruitment ConsultantSalary: £24,000 - £28,000, (depending on experience.)
OTE Bonus: £6000 a year.
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.

The Role:
We are now actively interviewing for Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us and will offer full training to anyone looking for the chance to get into the industry.
We are seeking to develop Trainees and Graduates to become fully qualified Recruitment Consultants for our growing Manufacturing, Professional Services or Engineering teams at Optima UK.
An opportunity to join existing teams on warm, well established, and busy desks.
This is a great chance for an individual who is driven and focused with the ability to build strong working relationships with both candidates and clients.
Full training provided regardless of experience, with clear development to higher earning.
Consistent, onsite management support to assist with any questions and ongoing training.
Responsibilities:
Attracting suitable candidates for temporary, fixed term and permanent positions for Clients.
Managing the recruitment process from interview, offer stage and beyond to maintain strong relationships.
Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face.
Registering new candidates who have responded to job adverts.
Regular contact with existing clients over the telephone and via email.
Identifying businesses that are recruiting to generate new vacancies.
Social Media and marketing.
