**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
* Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to establish quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
* Mentor and coach team members on quality management principles, best practices, and tools.
* Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality processes
* Change controls and risk assessment's, and ensure that quality system is continuously improved with the objective of assuring GDP compliance
* Provide support for investigation into non-conformances
* Quality KPI reporting
* Oversee the warehouse and logistics operations
* Require knowledge of GDP and the ISO 9001
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management)

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
* Experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing , logistics or a service-oriented industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proven leadership abilities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
