University Administrator£13.32 - £14.53 per hour (dep on experience)

Full Time Temporary (3 months)
Role Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced University Administrator who will provide administrative support to students and academic staff.
You will be responsible for diary management, working with multiple stakeholders to book and reschedule face-to-face, teams and telephone meetings for the senior leadership team. You will manage multiple shared inboxes, triaging and managing responses within a set service level agreement which will involve responding to emails and creating correspondence for students.
You will work 2-3 days in the office to ensure in-person meetings and student support is available. You will have experience using a number of specialist systems including Campus Solutions, Blackboard and Office365 on a daily basis and you will also book travel, take minutes and provide responsive support at all times.
