The Company
Our client is a well-established Managed Print Service provider, dedicated to providing their customers with cutting-edge solutions in the realm of printing and office technology. Their extensive product range includes printers, copiers, multi-function devices, mobile phones, and interactive tables.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join us in maintaining and growing our client relationships.
The Role
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Proactively develop quality relationships with a portion of the existing customer base.
Sales and Business Development
Identify and evaluate prospects' needs, creating business opportunities.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels (partners, networking, cold calling, social media).
Develop new business and onboard new customers.
Upselling and Cross-Selling
Build customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional product lines.
Prioritize meetings with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
Customer Retention
Take accountability for customer retention.
Analyze both successful and unsuccessful proposals for continuous improvement.
Sales Process
Prospect and convert a minimum number of qualified appointments monthly.
Provide quality proposals aligned with business standards and customer requirements.
Negotiate and close deals professionally, handling complaints and objections.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate paperwork and data on sales and customer insights.
Create regular reviews and reports on sales performance and financial data.
Collaboration
Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Ongoing management of the customer portfolio to drive new value-add sales opportunities.
Professional Development
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
Familiarity with Managed Print Services and related products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work both in the office and conduct customer/site visits.
Driving license preferred.
