Calling all committed Public Health Engineers!Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have an excellent new opportunity for a motivated Public Health Engineer to join our client on a long-term contract basis, outside IR35. As the selected candidate, you will be required to operate flexibly by having a mixed office and remote presence. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a range of exciting High rise Commercial and Residential projects.
Our client is a global market-leader in providing Engineering and Architectural expertise across a variety of sectors, including, but not limited to, Energy, Water, Transport, Industrial, Technology and Waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the installation of drainage systems
-Reporting directly to the line/Project Manager
- Develop and maintain positive relations with clients
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
-Stay informed about advancements in Public Health Engineering and drainage technologies
- Holding regular meetings to inform and advise clients and team members
- Providing accurate calculations and drawings
- Produce technical solutions in line with the client brief
-Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the proper installation and functionality of drainage systems
- Liaise with Clients, Architects, Engineers and other Design team members
Key Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills
-Previous experience in designing drainage systems
- Degree qualified in a relevant profession
- Able to work as part of a dynamic team and independently when necessary
- Proven experience undertaking a wide variety of projects
-Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while under pressure
