Job summary
Are you the person needed to make positive changes within Children's Services? If so, Medway Council are looking for several Team Managers to join them on a permanent basis!I have opportunities within the following services:

16+ Care Leavers
Children's Social Work Team (CSWT)You will be motivated, committed and passionate about making a difference to the lives of children, young people and families.
You will be responsible for leading, managing and coaching a team responsible for delivering and improving services for vulnerable children, young people and their families. You will report to the Service Manager and work closely with other Team Managers across the service.
You will also deputise and support the Service Manager where necessary.

Relocation allowance of up to £8,000Job Requirements:
Eligible to work in the UK
A recognised Social Work qualification e.g. Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent as recognised by the relevant professional body.
A management qualification and/or have proven experience in management/leadership
