Job summary
Are you an Facilities Management Finance Administrator, looking for a new and exciting role within the industry?Randstad Solutions are seeking a confident and qualified administrator to join a Facilities Management Company, with the main responsibility of the role being to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Contract Support team. With a Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities Include:
Compiling monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with benchmarks.
Collaborating in the monitoring of Profit and Loss statements to assist with financial tracking efforts.
Managing and maintaining a systematic record of KPIs and compliance metrics for ongoing evaluation.
Handling the process of raising, managing, and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices efficiently.
Coordinating job assignments for engineers by scheduling and booking tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications Required:
Manchester City Centre, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Prior experience in a Maintenance Company is highly desired, showcasing a background in relevant industry practices and challenges.
Previous experience with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
