Are you an organised and experienced administrator seeking a new and exciting opportunity? If so, then this role is for you!An industry-leading business situated in Ash Vale are expanding their team and seeking an enthusiastic Administrator, covering maternity, on a part time basis.
The role reports directly to the Demand Planning Manager and would suit someone with a passion for sports, planning and administration.
Duties as the Part Time Administrator:
* Update ATP dates into SAP from invoices, shipping lists and back order reports
* Check that sales contracts have been received and match data in purchase orders
* Monitor outstanding purchase orders to check that these have been shipped on time
* Liaise with Logistics and other warehouses to check on incoming shipments
* Update Managers on product arrival dates and any delivery delays
* Other general admin duties
Key skills needed to succeed as the Part Time Administrator:
* Excellent administrative skills
* Proficiency within IT, with the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Use of SAP to highlight errors and the ability to enter large quantities of data accurately
* Confident communicator
* Demonstrable high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and quality of delivery
* Effective time management with the ability to prioritise deadlines
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
