One of our partnership schools are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The school based in South Manchester, caters for a wide variety of severe and complex learning needs including Autism, Sensory impairments and PMLD.
The school has fantastic facilities and focuses on a child centred approach to give every child the best opportunity to succeed.
In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and creative activities
Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Create a safe and fun learning environment for children to reach their full potential.
Record Assessment of childrens learning and development
The school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has:
Experience working with SEN children in a school/care environment.
A calm and positive attitude and personality.
The ability to form good relationships with children and staff.
Personal care or moving and handling experience is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
