Job summary
Our client has an exciting opening for an additional and very important role as an Audit and Accounts Qualified Senior to lead a small team of active studiers. The firm are experiencing a high growth and have won a number of new clients of a size over the annual audit threshold. Hybrid working.You will work with a client portfolio which includes and is not limited to good sized SMEs, Group companies, Property, Retail, FSA regulated businesses a portfolio often found in a much larger firm. You will have ambition to develop your career within Audit and lead a team planning through to completion; reviewing statutory accounts prepared by more junior team members.
The role is a mix of:
Audit Work to include onsite client visits to review the audits and also to provide support to on-site staff.
Extensive exposure to the full audit cycle including planning, fieldwork and completion.
Completion of audit file reviews and supporting junior staff to clear review points.
Involvement in ACA students' training, and development and staff review process
Client Development and Project work
The client wishes to hear from an ACA / ACCA Qualified or equivalent with some years' post qualification experience who is comfortable auditing clients with a turnover in excess of £20 million and beyond and has up to date Audit and accounting experience
Salary and Benefits: In addition to a comprehensive range of benefits a salary band of £45,000 £53,000 has been set by Fletcher George for this Bookkeeper role as a guide based on full time hours.
Location based in Weybridge the role is commutable from Kingston, Leatherhead, Woking, Epsom and surrounding areas with hybrid working.
