Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator/Assistant to provide essential support to our client's Commercial Services teams, specialising in Debt Recovery, Insolvency and Commercial Litigation. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, and offers exposure to diverse commercial matters and a platform for personal and professional growth.

The main duties of the role are:

Providing operational support: Daily support to the Commercial Services teams, ensuring seamless work-flow and operational efficiency
File opening: Accurately open new matters on he case management system, handling new client files while adhering to due diligence processes and issuing client care letters
Administrative duties: Assist with general administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the businessCritical qualities:

Case Management Systems: Proficiency in operating case management systems is essential
Professional experience: prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is preferred
Client Interaction: Previous exposure to a client-facing role or client care background is beneficial
Technical skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookThe successful candidate will display:

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines
Meticulous accuracy while processing large volumes of work
Methodical organisational skills
Excellent communication skills whether in written correspondence or telephone manner
