Job summary
An award-winning, medium-sized national Construction Consultancy is looking to add a motivated Associate Director, from a Quantity Surveying background, to their Sheffield office.The Associate Director Role
Reporting to the Directors & Partners, the new Associate Director will manage a diverse portfolio of projects including Retail, Education, Commercial, and Leisure schemes up to £40m.
Carrying out pre and post contract services with an element of Project Management and Employer's Agent role, as well as business development & networking.
The company have a fantastic track record for internal progression and with a flat company structure there is no limit on progression. This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director eager to take on more responsibility, progress to Partner, and make a real difference within a company.
The Associate Director
RICS accredited degree qualification
Experience working in a professional Consultancy/PQS environment
Project Management / Employer's Agent experience is beneficial but not crucial
Excellent pre and post contract experience
The desire to manage a small team & help take on additional team members
MRICS is ideal but not crucialIn Return?
