MTrecs New Opportunity;
MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, by recruiting a permanent Process Quality Analyst to join their team. A successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all Quality Assurance activities on all the manufacturing lines, reporting to the Quality Manager of the Newcastle Plant. The role is part of the overall Quality team onsite, working a rotating three shift system.

The Job Youll Do:
* Ensure that all critical process control parameters are maintained within specification
* Ensure that all appropriate actions are taken to supply a quality finished product to the customer
* Identify high-risk activities, events, and trends
* Work pro-actively with the manufacturing team and use your own initiative based on data and information available
* Provide a central point of reference regarding customer or Plant-related ongoing quality issues
* Work flexibly in any work area as far as safety and capability permit
About You;
* NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
* A proven quality background
* Experience of working in a high-speed production environment
* In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, SPC (Statistical Process Controls), HACCP (Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Point) and Continuous Improvements techniques
* Print Process knowledge
* Team-player, commercially aware, self starting with excellent communication skills.
* A methodical and systematic approach to problems.
* Computer literate with a good up to date knowledge and understanding of systems, data interfaces and the operational use of spreadsheets and databases.
* Demonstrate leadership and change management abilities
