The Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple projects across various sectors, including Public and Private Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Education. This position is ideal for someone looking to broaden their knowledge and expertise in construction project management, providing a platform for significant career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a range of projects in sectors such as Public/Private Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Education.
Lead day-to-day project activities, ensuring effective management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are managed effectively, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Work collaboratively with teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.The Construction Project Manager
A degree in Construction Project Management or a similar construction-related qualification.
RICS Chartered status or equivalent professional qualification, or currently working towards it.
Experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
A proven track record of managing projects and delivering them on time.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
