Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing mechanical services for commercial buildings, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. As a Mechanical Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, ventilation, and water systems.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians in the delivery of mechanical services to commercial buildings.

* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Hot & Cold Water Services.

* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and longevity.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions.

* Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in mechanical systems to reduce operational costs.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

* Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in managing mechanical services for commercial buildings, with a focus on schools, colleges, offices, hospitals, etc.

* In-depth knowledge of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Water Services systems.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to collaborate with clients and understand their unique requirements.

* Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
