Job summary
We are on the lookout for a Administrator to join our well-established client based in Kidlington. This is a temporary position for 2 months, and the hourly rate is between ?10.81 and ?11.93 per hour. This role will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days working in the office once training is completed.Our client is the elected body responsible for the most strategic local government services in the county. These services include but are not limited to highways, street lighting, school admissions, health and social care, registrations, blue badges, and bus passes.
About the role:
As an Administrator, you are responsible for:
. Provide administrative support for the Parking Management Team.
. Communicate effectively by telephone, in writing and by email.
. Processing and recording information relating to Penalty Charge Notices, assisting with permit administration.
. Logging requests for parking restrictions from the public.
. Carrying out searches for utility information.
. Taking telephone payments.
. Logging and responding to simple enquiries for the Zero Emissions Zone.
I am interested in speaking to any one who has experience in working an administrative environment and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
