As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team, helping students with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential. Your role will involve:
Delivering tailored learning programmes
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
To be considered for the SEND Learning Support Assistant role, you must:
Be passionate about working with children with SEND
Possess excellent communication skills
Have the right to work in the UK
Have a Child Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
Be committed to safeguarding
While previous experience in a special needs environment is desirable, we welcome applicants who have a commitment to providing the best possible support for vulnerable students.
