Science Teacher Job Role:
Planning and delivering Science lessons tailored to students needs across KS3, KS4 and KS5 classes
Create an environment where all students are inspired to excel
Meticulously monitor individual student progress, using innovative feedback methods for personalised growth
Commit to meeting the requirements of diverse learner groups (e.g. looked after children, SEND, high-achievers) and fostering an inclusive learning environment that every student enjoys
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative lesson materials and exchange effective teaching strategies
Participate actively in school events and extracurricular activities to contribute to the broader school community The Ideal Science Teacher will have:
A Bachelors degree in Education, Science or a related field
Relevant Postgraduate qualification (PGCE/QTS)
A relevant and up to date DBS or be willing to apply for one
The ability to teach science at Key Stages 3 to 4 is essential, and your specialism at A Level desirable
Passion and commitment for teaching and inspiring students through the Sciences
