Develop and deliver engaging lessons for Year 2 students
Cultivate a welcoming and secure classroom atmosphere that nurtures a sense of significance, respect, and enthusiasm among all students
Tailor personalised lesson plans to cater to the unique learning styles and behavioral requirements of Key Stage 1 students
Apply targeted behaviour management strategies specifically designed for the developmental stages of children in KS1
Sustain open lines of communication by consistently offering feedback to students in Key Stage 1, as well as maintaining transparent and collaborative interactions with parents and colleagues, promoting a unified approach to education Year 2 Teacher Requirements:
Maintain an Enhanced Child DBS with an update service subscription, or demonstrate the willingness to apply for one through anzuk
Hold a recognised teaching qualification such as QTS
Ability to teach KS2 effectively
Must hold the current and valid Right to Work in the UK
