Your new role:
* Handling incoming calls, resolving patient queries
* Booking, cancelling and rearranging medical appointments
* Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner
* Dealing with complaints, and passing over to management where necessary
* Direct requests for assistance, care or treatment
* Creating and updating customer files
* Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
What youll need to succeed:
* Excellent PC skills are required
* Proven Customer Service experience is essential
* You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
* Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous
