What will you be doing?
You will be working independently as a stand-alone HR professional gaining exposure to a multitude of generalist areas,
Advising on HR issues and queries; including ER issues,
Managing the recruitment and onboarding process,
Carrying out HR administrative tasks e.g., annual performance assessments, sickness absence, probations, training and annual medicals,
Providing HR support to the on-site Operations Manager and HR Director.

What you'll need:
Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience,
Strong HR capabilities, involving managing ER matters,
Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
