Job summary
PE Coach - Nantwich- ages 11 to 16FULL TIME, UNTIL JULY 2024 - STARTING SEPTEMBER 2023
Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit a PE Coach to join a supportive school in Nantwich. This role will see the successful applicant cover a mix of subjects, along with their specialism of PE being 50% of the timetable. The PE will mostly be Year 7 and Year 8.
We have worked with this Headteacher for several years now and they have a particular interest in securing the services of an enthusiastic graduate for this particular position. There is lots of training available for the successful position and our SLT run regular CPD for all staff. This role would be ideal for someone considering teacher training for September 2024. The role of a PE coach is much more "all encompassing" and you will provide some academic support, some 1:1 mentoring, and some "crisis intervention" to support students who need intervention. This is a full time role and will run until July 2024.
Standards are high and the young people in the school are supported from day one with a uniform approach by teachers and support staff, and a calm, positive environment is noticed from the moment you enter the school. Our client enjoys a strong reputation inside the SEMH domain and is proud of the standards they set.
