Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Excel Expertise: Utilise your intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
2-3 Years Billing Experience: Bring your extensive billing experience to manage and resolve queries seamlessly.
Efficient Operations: Fulfill ad hoc duties to maintain effective and accurate financial operations, adhering to company policies.What You'll Do:
Database Management: Review and manage placements in the billing database.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving efficiency in invoice and credit note production.
Collaboration: Liaise with the Accounts Receivable Team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Personal Characteristics:

Excel Mastery: Intermediate to advanced skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
Billing Know-How: Strong knowledge of billing processes and accurate data entry.
Attention to Detail: Spot discrepancies with confidence and communicate effectively.Desirable Experience & Skills:
Sales Ledger Exposure: Experience in sales ledger processes.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with NHS/Public sector customers.
Tech Savvy: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Cold Harbour.
Qualifications: AAT or ICM qualified or working towards qualifications.Your Network:
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts Receivable, Sales teams, IT support, and Site Administration staff.
