Job summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based in Lowestoft.Main Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls.
* Accurately processing orders.
* Keeping the Sales team updated with all required information.
* Ensuring customers are kept fully updated on all orders, pricing and queries.
* Outgoing sales support phone calls.
* All admin tasks to support the sales team.
* Effectively liaise with end users, Dealers and Distributors.
* Ensuring Sales KPIs are recorded and hit.
Person Specification:
* Be an ambitious person looking to drive improvements to systems and uphold high standards.
* Be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be resilient with a positive can do attitude to your job.
* Be willing to continually grow, develop and learn new skills.
* Excel at multi-tasking and be comfortable answering the phone.

* Have a high attention to detail and accuracy and be able to actively listen to customer needs and find a solution for them.
* Have excellent IT capabilities. Previous CRM experience is an advantage.
* Be a fast worker, and get tasks done quickly.
Working Hours & Benefits:
