Job summary
Milk Education is supporting fantastic SEN schools across Manchester City centre that are on the lookout for graduates to join them as SEN Graduate Teaching Assistants. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support children of all ages with SEND needs, learning disabilities, as well as other complex care needs under the supervision of the class teacher.Requirements:
* Hold a degree with a 2:2 or higher.
* Possess an unwavering passion for aiding pupils with varying learning needs
* Excel in inspiring and motivating students to achieve their maximum potential
* Demonstrate adaptability and self-motivation in their work
* Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to build strong relationships with a diverse array of individual pupils
* Deliver well-structured support sessions to both individuals and groups of pupils
