As they continue to expand their footprint in Sandycroft, we are looking for dedicated and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join the team.

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming deliveries inspect and verify their contents, and use a hand scanner to update the computer system.
Safely and efficiently stack and store goods in the warehouse.
Accurately sort parcels preparing them for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment,
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.
Report any damaged or faulty items to supervisors.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Must be able to work night shift.
