Job summary
Are you a contracts manager or a facilities manager with a technical background? Would you be interested in a change in career?Have you been involved in M&E asset surveys, or do you enjoy asset management?

We are currently looking for individuals from a technical FM background who would be interested working for a professional asset management consultancy operating in the property sector.
TSA are currently recruiting for a Lead M&E Asset Surveyor, to ideally be based out of the South West but with hybrid working from home available.
We are looking for individuals from a Hard FM or Estates background who would have instructed or been involved be in asset surveying programmes, this could have been on the mobilisation of a new FM contract, a cyclical review of asset registers to include condition and lifecycle, or potentially the integration of a new CAFM system.
They are looking to recruit someone at a senior level, this person will be expected to be qualified and proficient, with a good overall knowledge within building services engineering, they will need to communicate effectively and will need to be able to perform their own surveys as part of a team.
The successful individual will be required to:
Role -
* Co-ordinate and M&E asset surveying resource, including programming their whereabouts each week
* Attending site (anywhere in UK). Your attendance will only be the initial set up and possibly complex plant and checking existing maintenance and servicing records. The surveying team would be responsible for spending the majority of time on site.
* QA Reports and write the detailed word report descriptions of M&E plant.
* Become one of the lead client contacts on the surveying side, this will include regular MS Teams calls.
* Manage sub-contractors when used.
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, ideally you will be self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
