Key Responsibilities for Classroom Support Assistant:
Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons to meet individual student requirements.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed, both inside and outside the classroom.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to teachers and senior staff.
Support with administrative tasks related to student records and resources.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Attend relevant training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.What Is Required For The Role Of Classroom Support Assistant?
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
