COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: This is a Field Sales role, covering the UK. We're recruiting nationwide, so it doesn't really matter where you're from! It's likely that you live in Bristol, Swindon, Bournemouth, Reading, Watford, Cheltenham, Portsmouth
JOB DESCRIPTION: Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, Sales Executive
Working together, representing us at our client sites across the UK, you will be demonstrating on a 1-2-1 basis our blend of traditional and digital employee benefits and insurance products. As each individual is different, you'll show empathy and understanding for their personal circumstances. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to connect personally with the employees you speak to and they, in turn, will have a clear understanding of the products that are available to them.

As our Field Sales Executive, you'll be self-motivated and have a drive to maximise your earning potential, building relationships along the way.
You'll:
· Have the autonomy to manage your own diary, working various shifts to ensure you're maximising the opportunity to speak to employees on a 1-2-1 basis throughout the week.
· Be selling a regulated product in a non-advisory capacity; this isn't a pressure selling environment.
Person Specification: Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, Sales Executive
As long as you're a people person you could be our next Sales Executive. You don't need specific sales experience, you just need to be self-driven, confident, with great interpersonal skills and resilience. If you do have sales experience, this is a bonus, but it doesn't matter from which industry or whether it's B2B or B2C. As long as your approach is customer centric and you enjoy building relationships and trust you'll fit right in!
You must also:
· Have a full UK driving license (with no more than 6 points on your license)
· Be willing to stay away, sometimes for up to 4 nights per week, across the UK
· Be flexible with your working hours - you manage your own diary, but you need to be willing to work later shifts some days / earlier shifts others to ensure you're reaching your target audience
Above all, attitude and enthusiasm is key. To be a successful Sales Executive you'll be a target driven and resilient individual with the personality and ability to build instant relationships whilst absorbing all the support and coaching that we offer.
