We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Glasgow on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer-focused service. This role combines reactive response to requests and issues with participation in IT projects and proactive service initiatives. If you have great communication skills and a passion for ensuring high customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.

Core Technology
Familiarity with various technologies, including but not limited to:

Document Management (e.g., iManage), Intranet (e.g., SharePoint, Jive), Citrix, VPN, Exchange, O365, Active Directory, VMWare, End user hardware and peripherals

Your Responsibilities

* Responding to customer incidents and requests received via phone, email, or other standard methods within agreed SLAs.

* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the ticketing system.

* Providing both onsite and remote service to customers using control and administration tools.

* Managing end user assets, including setup, configuration, collection, and wiping.

* Installing pre-packaged software on user-end devices.

* Managing user accounts in active directory and supported applications.

* Assisting with audio-visual conferencing setup, scheduling, and support.

* Performing software and hardware testing.

* Responding to security incidents and initiating initial investigation and remediation actions.

* Assisting with office move technology logistics.
