Job summary
As a passionate Secondary Teacher are you able to foster a love of learning among young people sometimes not in your specialist subject?This Teacher role is to work within our South Yorkshire based Secondary Schools, covering numerous subjects to KS3 and KS4.
Secondary Teacher responsibilities and duties:
This Secondary Supply Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of all year groups across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in most subjects. Whilst at times you will teach your specialist subject a lot of the time you will be in different subjects. The ability to adapt your teaching style to different subjects and be flexible in what you cover is essential for this role.
Teachers of all experience levels will be considered for the role, including NQTs
To be considered for this Teacher role you should have:
Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS).
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
Strong subject knowledge of your specialism and the flexibility and willingness to cover every other subject on the curriculum.
