My client are a well established specliast fit out contractor who spealcise in the drywall, suspended ceilings, partitions, glazed partitions, and SFS services. They have been trading for over 50 years in this market and have gained an outstanding reputation in the industry.
Projects range from £100k - £10m in value spanning across hotels, offices, colleges, universities, hospitals, and lesuire centres. With these projects mainly being situated in London/surrounding counties.
They are an outstanding contractor to work for with a low staff turnover. Its a great oppourtunity to work for a well established company with great clients, long standing employees, and impressive projects.
Role:
Your role as the quantity surveyor would be helping with the commercial team on varoius projects. You would help with CVRs, BoQs, surveying, cost analysing, variations, take offs, and mothly/annual cost reporting.
Requirements:
* 5 years + as a quantity surveyor
* 5 years + in the interiors sector, ideally on drywall, ceiling, and partition packages.
* Great communication skills
* A degree or equivelent in the commercial management/quantity surveying would be ideal but not essential.
