Job summary
Purchase Ledger AssistantStart Date: ASAP
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Duration: 1 -2 months, temporary
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the purchase ledger process.

Requirements:
* Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* A willingness to solve problems and support customers
Duties:
* Solve any customer account queries make sure they are resolved in a timely manner
* Keep the system updated with contact details and new/amended or deleted accounts
* Assisting with processing outstanding purchase ledger
* Assisting with general administration in the office , answering telephone calls , emails
