Sellick Partnership are excited to be working exclusively with North Northamptonshire Council for the recruitment of 4 permanent Finance Managers.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing organisation and be an integral part of shaping and growing the Children's and/or Adult Social Care teams as a Finance Manager.
This is a high-profile Finance Manager role which, requires good management skills to ensure finance services provided are professional and customer focused.
The Finance Manager role and responsibilities
Provide high quality financial support to Executive Directors, Assistant Directors and Service Managers
Strategic financial management
Operational accountancy
Providing advice and support to budget holders
Ensure accurate and timely budget management
Support the production of the Medium Term Financial Plan and Capital Strategy
Support the closedown of accounts schedule
Performance management
Driving the efficiency agenda
Effective management and control of the annual revenue budget
