Quantity Surveyor Super Prime ResidentialMy client are a super prime residential specialist based in Surrey, with a proven track-record of delivering a high quality, bespoke service in the prime residential market.
Having been established for over 10 years, my client is recognised for working in some of the most exclusive postcodes in London and the Southeast; completing projects of the highest quality.
They typically oversee up to 10 live prime residential projects at any one time, varying in size and scope; with contract values ranging up to £40m and covering circa. 50,000 sqft.
My client cover Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Estimating and Contract Administration on bespoke new build residences, prime residential refurbishments, and luxury distressed projects.
They also operate as a construction management model, which has proven to be very effective in minimising costs for clients.
My client are currently seeking 2x Quantity Surveyors, ranging from Assistant to mid-level, to assist on a number of current and upcoming prestigious, luxury residential projects.
Successful candidates will be driven and dynamic, preferably with experience working within the prime residential sector; however, this is not essential.
They are also willing to consider Graduate candidates for the assistant/ junior level role.
My client receives a lot of work from repeat clients and word of mouth recommendations, owing to their high-quality work. They also work alongside well-established contractors in the prime residential sector.
