Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in accordance with the Science curriculum.
Foster a love for science by incorporating innovative teaching methods and practical experiments.
Establish a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and inquiry.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Science or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to staying updated on curriculum changes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
