Opportunity:
Are you currently working as a Credit Controller dealing with invoices for payment? Does your experience include managing payment controls and dealing with supplier payments? Want to work for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company? Yes then this is the role for you!
Your role as a Credit Controller based in Swindon will involve ensuring that all web billing invoices are uploaded to customer portals on the day of receipt, that customers are contacted to request payment of outstanding invoices (in line with the guidelines provided) and that queries are investigated promptly and followed up to conclusion.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, contacting customers via email and phone calls to request settlement, assisting to resolve customer queries, liaising with internal contacts; all whilst adhering to the companys policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Responsible for chasing payment with specific customers, as assigned.
* Following up with internal colleagues on outstanding queries so these can be resolved promptly.
* Ensuring notes are added to accounts.
* Assisting with the processing of web billing invoices, by uploading these to the various customer portals.
* Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts.
This is a 3 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate is £12 - £13 per hour.
Skills:
To apply for the Credit Controller role you will have the following skills:
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous Account Receivable / Credit control experience.
* Previous experience with web billing (uploading to customer portals) would be advantageous.
