Responsibilities:
* Manage after sales client interaction to ensure all required items are received.
* Handle initial online web portal and app training. Schedule trainings with customers when new software and app features when needed.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
* Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
* Communicate client needs and demands to Noke Smart Entry team at Janus.
* Forecast and track client account metrics, including support needs, new project, timelines, etc.
* Manage project within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
* Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
* Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
* Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting necessary deadlines.
* Record client transactions.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key attributes/skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years working in a technological environment.
* Familiarity with Apple iOS and Google Android Operating Systems.
* Understand the use of Application Programming Interface (API).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
* Strong Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
* Regular travel involved between Preston, Twickenham, Peterlee and internationally when required.
