Job summary

Adecco are recruiting a Senior HR Officer to join a successful, global company based in Runcorn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to become part of a passionate team to utilise their knowledge and expertise. This is initially a 6 month role with potential for permanent opportunities to follow.

Salary: £40,000 - £45000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 (flexibility on start & finish times)

Location: Runcorn

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential permanent opportunities

Main Duties

Support in the review, updating and implementation of operational HR processes
Ensure efficient and effective practice which are compliant with quality standards.
Concentrate on specific HR projects and implementation
Ensure HR processes are documented in line with quality standards
Liaise with key stakeholders regarding content, process and delivery
Provide generalist HR operational support as required

Requirements

Strong experience working in a fast paced HR operational environment at HR Officer level or above
Experience in project identification, set up and delivery
Flexible approach with the ability to manage relationships effectively
Experienced in the management of Employee Relations casework
Working knowledge of practical application of UK employment laws.
Must demonstrate the ability to be confidential treating issues with sensitivity and discretion.
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft office including excel
Experience using Workday (not essential)
