Location: Sheffield
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Elevation is once again partnering with a leading manufacturing company specialising in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, engineering, rail, and aerospace industries. With a commitment to innovation and quality, they provide solutions to our clients and partners worldwide.
Due to their growth and expansion, they have a brand-new position within the marketing team, and are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, liaison with internal departments, customer engagement, and design work.
Duties:
Coordinate and schedule social media activities
Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for optimisation
Develop compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos
Collaborate with internal teams to create content aligned with company objectives and customer needs
Utilise tools such as InDesign, Canva, and Adobe to produce high-quality brand content.
Work closely with internal departments to schedule marketing activities and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Coordinate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to gather insights and optimise marketing strategies.
Communicate effectively with customer marketing teams via phone and email to understand their needs and preferences.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and network partners to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
Develop brand content for products, social media, and new product packaging.
Create visually appealing materials, including flyers, posters, and brochures, to support sales efforts.
Implement creative thinking approaches to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Canva, or Adobe.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
