What's involved?

As Reception Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

Responsible for the organising and running of reception
Duty management shifts as and when required
Manage the general operations of front office
Directly reports to the Front of House and Operations Manager
Meeting revenue targets and organising any bonuses that are met
Monitoring room inventory in order to maximise the room revenue, occupancy and ADR
Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP's, corporate and regular guestsWe are looking for a Reception Manager ideally from a large Hotel or resort background who has proven experience in leadership, excellent communication and a 'can do' attitude. Experience of Maestro would be advantageous.
